Change or cancel your Flowti plan

Upgrading

Dashboard → Subscription → Pick the new plan. The change is immediate and billing is prorated for the current cycle.

Downgrading

Also from Dashboard → Subscription. The downgrade applies at the end of the current cycle so you don't lose what you already paid for.

Canceling

Cancel from the billing portal (Dashboard → Subscription → Manage). You keep Pro/Business access until the end of the cycle, then return to Free automatically.

What happens to your data when you drop to Free?

• Your page and blocks are preserved. Blocks not allowed on Free are hidden (not deleted).
• Your custom domain is disconnected, but can be reactivated on upgrade.
• Your newsletter subscribers are kept, but you can't send new campaigns until you upgrade.
• Your analytics history is capped at the last 7 days.
