I'm not receiving my OTP email code
The verification code should arrive in under 1 minute. If it doesn't, here are the most common causes.

What to check
- Spam/promotions folder: emails come from auth@flowti.co (subdomain auth.flowti.co). Mark as "Not spam" so future ones land in Inbox.
- Correct email: confirm you typed the same email you used to sign up.
- Resend: on the OTP screen, wait 30 seconds and click "Resend code".
- Blocked domain: if you use a corporate email, your IT may be blocking flowti.co. Use a personal email.
Expired codes
Each 6-digit code is valid for 10 minutes. If you took longer, request a new one — the previous is automatically invalidated.
